Account Managers

These important sales representatives work with ROI Networks’ existing customers in order to ensure satisfaction, identify new opportunities, become a trusted adviser and ensure that we remain relevant to our customers. Most importantly, these sales representatives need to focus on a customer’s business and technical requirements and engage the proper vendors and resources to solve customer problems with end-to-end complete solutions.

Business Development Managers

Business Development Managers are tasked with increasing consideration rates for ROI Networks, identifying opportunities that are in alignment with our core go-to-market initiatives and generating new revenue streams for ROI Networks. These include networking, unified communications, contact centers and business collaboration solutions. Additionally, it is important to work with our customers to optimize current investments, reduce overall total-cost-of-ownership and reduce overall complexity associated with maintaining and supporting the converged network.

Sales Engineers

Sales Engineers work closely with the Account Managers and Business Development Managers to assist our customers and partners with the necessary design, configuration, and technical information required to provide a complete solution to our customers. This position demands individuals that possess telephony and data networking experience; in addition, Sales Engineers must have worked successfully with small, medium, and large customers. Experience with Avaya Voice, Polycom Video, Microsoft OCS/Lync, Juniper Networks, and Audio Codes is preferred.

Systems Engineers

Systems Engineers are critical to the success of ROI Networks and our customer relationships. They provide the strategic network and application integration that is required in today’s converged networks. These professionals possess a thorough understanding of networking and have more than five years of experience implementing unified communications, networking, unified messaging, multi-channel contact centers, IP telephony, and other mission critical applications. They are experienced with multiple operating systems, standards-based servers and network appliances, and the management applications necessary to proactively support and manage these networks.

Project Managers

In order to successfully plan and implement communication solutions, experienced project management is essential. These individuals must have experience working with project management software, understand methodologies associated with complex projects, be able to manage important milestones and critical paths, and must deliver successful projects on time and within budget. The ability to work collaboratively with internal and external contacts is critical. Project Management Institute (PMI) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications are highly desirable.
